Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

During holidays, promotional periods, or product launches, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Monday Form is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help you file a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Monday Form is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review and work with you on a replacement or refund.

Candle Care & Safety

Candles should be burned within sight and away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Please follow all care instructions provided with your order. Monday Form is not responsible for misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.
